If your pdf opens in landscape or sideways, you can change the page orientation. In the pdf menu bar go to Tools and select Rotate Left or Rotate Right.
If your pdf is too large to email, open your pdf. Go to File to Save As. In the Save As window, click on the drop down menu next to Quartz Filter. Select Reduce File Size then click Save. Your file will save and the only change will be the file size.
